The caliper was a perfect match to the OEM one replaced on a Lexus IS250 with sport suspension. I reused the hardware (i.e. guide pins and positioning wire) from the original caliper. About a 1.5 hour no-rush job which included a few minutes to gravity bleed the brake line.

I purchased two brake calipers. The calipers were fine but one of the pins was drilled incorrectly requiring some modifications. It was drilled 90 degrees from where it should have been. One side of the pin head needed to be shaved down with a grinder to fit the spring.

Said it was for a 2010 Lexus is250 but it was too large and brake pads did not sit on the rotor properly half the pad was off the rotor

This was a replacement left-rear caliper for my son's 2006 Lexus GS300. Built quality is decent and to my eyes, this is a brand new product rather than remanufactured. Form, fit and function it is identical to the original caliper. Unfortunately, quality control is poor. The rubber boot seal for the lower slide is ripped and exposes the pin to the elements. I could've returned it for a replacement but my son need his car to drive to school. Delivery time is five days so I had no choice but to install it and just replace the boot later on. Otherwise even if I ordered another one my son won't have a car for five days.

This deflated quickly. Definitely do not recommend it.
