Maybe they try to make them fit more cars. Took them off and went to AutoZone and got the correct fit. The do not fit a 2019 equinox LT. well they do but not correctly. My wife had to pull over cause the brakes were clanking

Pads were warped and would not sit flat on my new brake rotors even after 200 miles break in. Had to replace.
