After buying a fish tank pump, I realized there was no way to control the volume of air coming out of the air stone. I started searching Amazon for something I could use in the plastic tubing to adjust the airflow into my 1 gallon tank these work and install easily, and are very effective, it’s nice to have the additional ones in the event I need to replace the valve or need a valve for another purpose. The valve provides discernible adjustment from low to medium to high air flow through the stone. My beta likes a low to medium flow because she likes to play in the bubbles, but the high airflow is too aggressive for her.

These were a great value and easy to use with our sponge filter in our betta’s fish tank. It works well to control the pressure!

Amazing value. I hook one to each air line so I can fine tune how much air flow is going to each filter or stone. Can't beat the usefulness for this price!

These little things are awesome. I use them on all of my fish tanks. I also use them for brine shrimp hatcheries. I can set the air flow however I want.

Can only be used for air from a pump. Don't use a cylinder because the valve leaks and you will empty your cylinder.
