It is a bit unstable. I bought a ratchet strap for a few dollars and strapped the front of the pedals around the steering wheel holder stalk and tightened it up. I bolted in the wheel and pedals. Using load cell pedals set to about 75% stiffness, there is a moderate amount of deflection with the strap in place. It was unusable without. The pedals would flop. I mounted the pedals on the lowest position to reduce the amount of leverage pressing the pedal applied to the pedal plate mount. I would usually seek out a more stable base, but this one is compact and cheaply priced compared to other rigs. There is a good range of adjustment, but it's not easy to adjust. I tightened the adjustment knobs with a strap wrench because they work loose unless you really do a good job. I will use thread locker nextime. Overall, I think it would be better suited to mid-range setups without the load cell pedals. I'm gonna stick with it just because it is so easy to drag out of the way compared to other giant rigs.

after assembly it becomes a solid product, you can maneuver the steering wheel and pedals without having movements between the parts; usable for children with a height of more than 1.3 m, the smallest in height do not reach the pedals even at the minimum adjustment, you can not change the angle of the steering wheel support from the ground

I read the other reviews and bought it over a full cockpit, which was actually cheaper. I had thought it would be a little more stable and less wobbly, Ive even hard mounted my wheel and its accessories to have it still very shaky. The bar that attaches from the wheel to the stand is also quite a nuisance and gets in the way of using the pedals and hits your leg as it wobbles. Pretty sad with my purchase as I could have just bought the cheaper item although it took up more room. I have since just attached my wheel to my desk until I get my new stand as this one is past its return date I will have to live with the purchase.

I am so glad I purchased this. Was easy to put together and easily mounted to my computer chair. I use it with a Logitech G920 and shifter. The rig is very study. I wish I would have found this before I purchased my previous wheel stand. If you are thinking about buying this than just do it. Easy to move around as well. I also purchased wheels to make it more portable to move from my computer room to living room for console use.Below are the wheels I used.1.5" Threaded Stem Casters with Brake, Heavy Duty Swivel Caster Wheels with M8x25 Threaded Stem and Nuts for Shopping Carts, Trolley, Workbench, Furniture (Pack of 4) (Black) (1.5 inch) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07BHPFRD8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_pOP8EbF4AZM7R

This is a great product. I had to adjust the top mounting plate a little as u can see in the pic it was a bit crooked. Other than that it was perfect. Just check ALL bolts. Even the ones that came pre installed. Once everything is tight, it's very stable.I'm using with Thrustmaster TX, T3PA PRO pedals, TH8A shifter, everything mounts up with predrilled holes no problem. I am also using it with Thrustmaster warthog hotas and saitek pro flight rudder pedals. That did require a couple holes drilled but no problem with that here. Took 5 mins now I'm ready for racing and flight. I'm very happy with this product.

So I got this for the sole purpose of mounting my HOTAS to it. The throttle is set to the left hand position (or in the case of intended use, the gear shift plate), the steering wheel plate I have pulled in much closer and lowered, allowing me to put my flight stick between my legs like a jet cockpit. And then my rudder controls where the foot pedals should be.Allow me to inform you that this setup is far better than it deserves to be, and when Ace Combat 7 comes out in 3 days I can assure you this setup alone is going to be the reason I am never seen again. The build quality is really nice, it feels sturdy, and made out of good materials. The plates have lots of mounting holes, though sadly I will need to find another fix for that, as my items won't line up (This is not why the reduced one star, as this is not its intended use, more on that in a moment), but home depot has some really good strong velcro that will do the job nicely (or I could just find a friend with a steel bit and ask for some assistance, that will probably be the long term fix).Another -really- nice feature that didn't even occur to me after I set it up, is when I'm not dog fighting or space cowboy-ing, I put my HOTAS away, I lower the throttle mount all the way down, then take out the stick mount, the pedal holder now doubles as an INCREDIBLY well placed foot rest, this may not sound like much, but until you have a really high quality PC gaming chair, and add a foot rest too it, you just aren't living.Assembly was way easier than it looked like when I opened the box. It looked like something I'd have bought at IKEA and quite frankly my initial impression was fear, but as I laid the pieces out neatly in a big open area and began assembly, it really only took about 20 minutes, and ten of that was me groaning at how difficult it was to take the front two wheels off my chair, and it actually folds up REALLY compactly, so it's a very well engineered piece of equipment in my opinion.Downsides: Understand I've only had this set up and been fiddling with it for an hour, but thus far only one complaint has arisen. Upon inspecting the parts, the t-bracket the foot pedal goes into, I noticed a good bit of rust on the inside of it (it was brown and definitely sandpaper-like to the touch). Now this could be due to however they attached that bar, reaction to air, or who knows, I'm not a metal forging expert so no idea how that works, but that was sad to see. Good news is it is completely unseen on any part your eye comes in contact with, so I'm not concerned about it, however, with the asking price of the device, I will not call it worth a perfect review unless a valid explanation can be given as to why that would be called acceptable. (Again, I don't know anything about metallurgy, and with no explanation in the manual about, "Hey, you may see this on the parts, it's normal because of this", I'm left to guess, and guessing makes me frown.TL;DR: If you want a mount for your steering wheel, for your HOTAS, and you wanna feel bad ass while you play, this'll do the trick REALLY nicely.

So I got this first to try with my old thrustmaster wheel before wasting money on the new G29. And after getting the box I realized that this was allot more heavy duty than I thought. After playing a few PS3 games I went out and got the G29 and set everything up proper. Not sure what all the complaints are about, this this is awesome. I reversed the steering wheel plate for the G29 which was no big deal and got a few zip ties to clean up the wires. I love this thing. easy to use, solid and it doesn't take up much space. I now love racing games that I once didn't like much at all. I didn't have a problem bolting down the wheel and pedals, I used lock washers. Some said to use lock tight. Either is a good idea when dealing with things like this and doesn't warrant a low star rating.

Nice sturdy frame, easy to put together. The range of adjustments make for a far more comfortable driving position than some of the more upright stands. Excellent value at this price.
