It okay, a but smaller and narrow at the end/ bottom part. Comparing to other larger & hard cup ones where you don't feel impact, this you will feel if something is hitting it and the narrowness make it easy for the (two private parts) to slip out or in between the gap.

We bought this for my husband because when he lays our daughter down to sleep she kicks, and has sent him to the hospital because of it. This has prevented further hospital visits

As a clueless mom buying for a big boy teen son (6 ft. 190 lbs) I took a chance on this since it was inexpensive. Well, it was too big. I ended up having to go out and visually look at the cups in the store to make another purchase.

My 13 year old son says it's the most comfortable cup he's ever worn. He's been playing baseball since he was 4 so that says something.
