This radio is blast from the past with a solar and Bluetooth twist. I purchased this as I still have my collection of cassette tapes from the '80s and '90s and just had to get this. The cassette movement is nice and it does seem to play smoothly. The added option of being able to be solar powered is perfect for camping, outside on the patio, or hanging with friends on the deck or by the pool. You can use it a bluetooth speaker, which is a nice option, or even a regular FM radio. The sound quality is good and this brings you back to yesteryears.Don't be surprised if some of your friends want one, I already have this on deck for a few birthdays. However, anyone under 30 might ask you what a cassette is just be prepared to feel old. Insert wink.
