They are slinky shaped but not in their operation, the kids enjoyed the colors and designs and stretching them or waving them about so they stretched.

These slinky were cute but small. Vibrant but you can't do anything other than hold and stretch them. I am using them for party favors per request of my daughter. She is happy with these since she's never had a 'real slinky'. Seems durable for small hands but again, not much you can do with them other than stretch.
