The chemical smell of this is horrible. It filled up the room immediately. No way I’d put my child on this.

This was the perfect addition to my daughters thearpy/playroom. My daughter is 2 years old and is autistic, non verbal, self harming and has frequent meltdowns. This mat has played a key role in keeping her safe. It's soft to the touch, cushy and thick. It's easy to walk on and the non slip backing actually works. I did place an extra layer of 1/8 foam mat under just for my daughters protection but I highly recommend this mat to any and everyone! All off my daughters therapist have commented on how perfect it is and I will be purchasing one for my daughter's bedroom as well.

It’s cute it feels nice but it has a strong fishy smell. The way it comes packaged would make it a hassle to fold up and return so I decided to wash it but the smell is still lingering. Quite disappointing

This is the perfect mat for a little one starting to roll over. It was placed on top of a rug and a blanket on top. It did not smell the best upon unpacking, so be sure to clean it.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I was so excited for this mat for my kids but it smells SOOO BAD! I have to return it now and it's definitely not going to be that easy. It made my living room smell and Im having trouble getting rid of the smell it was so strong. VERY disappointed 😞

Bought this and just unwrapped it. It smells awful like old rubber or used latex. Well have to let it breath before my baby can play on it.

Other than smelling like a fish market, we love our new mat. We use it for our toddlers play area and it’s extremely soft and easy to vacuum. The quality seems to be really good as well.

Strong chemical smell is overpowering. I ordered 2 of these mats. When they arrived, I opened the boxes and placed the mats in a bedroom to expand and air out. That was 4 days ago and the chemical odor is still as strong as the day the boxes were opened. I don’t feel comfortable using these with my grandbaby.
