This product works easily. It doesn't take a lot of shampoo to get a nice amount of suds. So you only have to use a little bit. It works really well. Plus it is tear free so it doesn't hurt my little ones eyes. It's also great on her sensitive skin. We haven't had any issues with irritation to her eyes or her skin. It's also great that it comes in a pump. Makes it much easier to dispense.

We really like the shampoo because it not only helps with cradle cap, but also is tear free, so I don’t worry as much when I’m shampooing my daughters hair. The consistency is nice and it lathers up really well. The packaging is simple and clean too. Also love that it has a pump instead of a regular lid.

Good baby shampoo for dry flaky scalp.

My newborn has quite strong cradle cap and I use this shampoo before I remove the flaky skin with a special brush. It's nice for her sensitive skin and helps with easy removal of dry flaky skin. To me it doesn't really have much of a smell.

We aren't using this for an infant with cradle cap, but for a toddler with some dandruff issues - from refusing to take baths every day. It works great for this, however the rosemary smell is too dominant and off putting for our toddler (and me). It washes out pretty well, but I wish there was something else to mask this smell while lathering it in. Although the shampoo does a good job handling the dandruff, it does seem to dry everything out and seems to induce lots of tangles and "bad hair days" unless I use a nice conditioner afterwards. Also, the pump didn't work out of the box because it was completely seized on the inside. The spigot would freely turn counter clockwise without "unlocking" and making it functional and pop up/out. I took it out and tried using needle nose pliers and it still wouldn't budge. I had to use vice grips to free it! Minus one star for the scent and minus one star for the over cranked spigot.

This really works great. I'm really happy with it. It is truly for sensitive skin and scalps. It did not irritate My baby's head at all. I'm very pleased with it. A little goes a long way. It gets sudsy really quick. I definitely recommend this and would get it again

This is a nice shampoo for baby, seems relatively gentle. My toddler doesn't have cradle cap but I figured it can't hurt to use something like this to prevent any unhealthy scalp issues, if any. I just used it like I would any baby shampoo and it does a good job of cleaning his head and leaving a light gentle scent. It has a light smell, not overwhelming, pleasant and enjoyable. I did find this to be slightly pricey for a baby shampoo but I would still give this a chance especially if your baby has cradle cap. While I'm glad my toddler is out of that phase and seems to have a healthy scalp I do wish I was able to test the theory out and see if this stuff works for scalp issues.

I've found that this shampoo, while it says it's made for babies, also works really well for me, an adult with a very sensitive scalp. The shampoo is extremely gentle and soothing, while still cleansing nicely and rinsing clean--but without stripping my hair and scalp of moisture.This is just my own personal opinion and experience, but I'm really happy with it!
