It's a great bag, and good quality. I was given the same one in white and loved it so much I bought the black one for myself. It has multiple pockets on the outside, including zippered and an inside pocket. I would have preferred a zippered pocket on the inside as well but I can overlook that as everything else about the bag is spot on for my needs. It has a lockable clasp at the top for security and is large enough to hold essentials without being too large. I enjoy the freedom of having my hands free, and the weight evenly distributed on my back instead of sagging on one shoulder.

I got this bag for my teen and she has been carrying it for months. It has held up nicely and still looks as beautiful as the first day even with her throwing it around when she comes and goes. The zippers all function nicely and the quality is very good. The bag is cute and goes with almost every outfit and holds a good amount of items.
