Arrived bent. Decals seemed cheap to me. The accessories didn't seem very good quality to me either. I returned this one and went with a strider instead.

Easy to assemble, my daughter will be 2 next month. We got it for her for Christmas. It's a hair too big for her right now, but she'll be able to use it this summer which was what we planned for. It's so cute & the quality is great!

Arrived faster than expected, and was simple to get everything set up with. The initial hurdle that is the actual set-up of a product is usually my biggest peeve, so already I was happy with my order, but then of course, I had to try the product itself. I let my nephew who was visiting for the week ride around on it (3 years 4 months) and he had a great time, loved it to death. He also loved the matching colors between the helmet and bike, and spent the bulk of the day walking around the house on his bike. Even tried it outside and it handled outdoor terrains as well as it handled indoor. I would recommend a better helmet for outdoors, but indoor its totally fine for soft bumps on walls and carpet and whatnot. The helmet is fine, but it was clearly designed more for being rode indoors with.Overall excellent product, if you got a kid or sibling or younger relative and are looking for a balance bike, this is 100% one you would wanna purchase. Can barely get my nephew to stop playing with the bike at this point, he's having a blast.

I was honestly surprised how well made the bike is. One of the best things on the bike is the tires, they are actual air filled tires which provide a much smoother ride than plastic or foam tires. I love that it has a kickstand to keep the bike up so my 2 year old doesn't just drop it on its side. It's a great little starter balance bike.
