As other reviewers have mentioned, the item described was not received. Received 1 pkg instead of the 5 pkgs described; so you get 5 needles, not the 25 described in the "About this item" portion. Schmetz needles are a great product, but I did not get what was advertised. Only option was to return.

Received my multi-pack of ball point needles and about 90% of the markings (including the sizes of each needle) has been rubbed off the packaging. Makes me wonder if I received a new pack of needles or not? Only time will tell. In the meantime, I have a screenshot of the packaging to go by

For the 2nd time recieved only 1 package of 5 needles rather thsn the 25 advertised. Returning AGAIN Looks like this is a reoccurring issue. Good deal, good product IF you recieve the order as advertised.

Some things are worth the additional expense. Do not skimp on sewing needles. They directly affect your finished product making it look more professionally and carefully made.

Original order arrived w/only 1-5 Pack of needles. Contacted company, remaining 4-5 Packs were shipped. Schmetz Jersey Ball Point Sewing Machine Needles, fantastic for Bernina Sewing Machines on knit fabric. Schmetz Needles are top quality/Bernina Recommends. Schmetz Needles are very costly, if able to find on stock@Fabric Stores. Previously purchased same item @ Bernina Stores, where needles are Extremely Costly, great product, very reasonable cost

I just used one of these yesterday. It sews thru 100% cotton knit fabric very well. It didn't pull or tug at fabric like the standard needle tends to do. I make custom waldorf dolls and this works very well and the stitches are less noticeable using the ball point needle. I would definitely purchase them again.
