Was advertised for the E38 7 series. The hoses were different. I used the power steering fluid tank and one hose. I cut the other hose and secured them with clamps. Stopped the leak

Canister is identical to the original.Hoses are shorter, therefore the mechanic installed the old ones.The issue is now resolved.

I received the parts for my BMW. After opening the box, I noticed that the metal used on one of the noses was not aluminum which clearly is in the picture that was advertised. It was just cheap discolored metal. I tried to install it into my transmission cooler and would not fit. It was also missing the o-ring. The other end of the hose, which hooks into the cheap reservoir was way to loose when trying to hook it up. Inside diameter of hose way to big for reservoir. Really got me upset, after draining my Power Steering Line.
