Drain the Old Coolant

  1. Drain the old coolant from the cooling system.
  2. Connect the tool with the relative adapter to the reservoir filler neck.
  3. Connect shop air to the tool and make sure the coolant fill valve is in the closed position.
  4. When the vacuum gauge reaches the desired vacuum level, disconnect the shop air from the tool and discharge is complete.

Fill with Coolant

  1. Prepare pre-mixed coolant in a container and place the coolant filler hose into the container, making sure the coolant filler hose is always submerged in the coolant.
  2. Turn the coolant refill valve to the open position and coolant will immediately enter the cooling system.
  3. When the vacuum gauge reading drops to 0, disconnect the tool from the cooling system and refilling is complete.
