Item fit Perfectly on my Bell Qualifier Helmet. I set it out in the sun and less than a minute later it went from crystal clear to very dark. I am a big fan of the Transitions Face Shields. They are really nice since I wear prescription glasses and they keep me from having to carry my Rx Sunglasses while riding.

I was hesitate to purchase this because I thought it was too costly. I do not regret buying this!!! The convenience of not having to switch your visor as the sunsets or rises really worth purchasing this. If you ride and travel during day/night time hours you need to purchase this!

This shield is great, no need for sunglasses. It is clear for night riding. The only drawback is the shield after a year and a half starts losing it's darkness. After 2 years it is not dark at all. This is my 3rd one, it is worth it to me. Just wish they would last longer for the price you pay.

I dropped my Bell Qualifier DLX MIPS helmet and it landed on my visor... I know, not good. Found this replacement here and it fit like a charm. Came packaged well and look forward to the ProTint during the sunny afternoons. Highly recommend!

This shield fits my Bell RS-1 helmet just fine. It darkens very quickly and gives relief on bright sunny days. It looks totally black when fully darkened, but in reality it is not all that aggressive in its darkening. This is OK with me. The nice thing about this shield is that it really is all you need; it is fine for night riding or for bright daylight conditions. RJB.

Sure it works as it should, but it gets no where near as dark in the sun to be as effective as other reviewers suggested and I thought it would. I will still need to wear sun glasses with this, because even in non direct light, the light that gets let in is still far too bright. It barley dims the light at all, $10 sun glasses will dim the light nearly 10 times more than this will.If this dimmed the sunlight better, then I'd say it's worth it, but it doesn't so it's not worth it. Will I return it? No because I don't need the money. But if you're tight on cash, don't get it. If this were say $55-$85 I'd say it's 100% worth it, but for nearly $140 they are robbing us.Hopefully this review will help others, as it's a 100% honest review from someone that wasn't given the product for free and doesn't work for the company or anything like that. If this thing were to crack on me in the near future, I wouldn't buy another, I would just use my clear one because it's about as effect as this one. This and a clear one will both still need sunglasses, so why spend nearly $140?
