Product feels nice and heavy duty built. I cycled the shocks a few times each before installing them. All fastening points lined up perfectly with factory locations. Test drove the truck to the beer store after to celebrate. It was a good ride but still stiff enough for performance driving, which was what we were looking for

15 years ago when I decided to lower the center of gravity on my 2yr old truck, I was very green about which brand of shocks would best suit my needs. Along with lowering spindles, c arms, shackles and a few other pieces needed to complete the job, I bought them all along with this exact set of shocks from an online aftermarket truck part accessories catalog. Fast forward to now, and my mechanic said one of the rear shocks was slowly leaking and that a replacement would be needed in the near future. Luckily while my truck was in the air on his lift, my mechanic obliged and let me snap a few pics with the part #s engraved on the stuts. After searching through my truck repair file, I couldn’t locate the original invoice showing the “kit” part number and panicked at the thought of “what if belltech no longer made these? How would I know what to buy to replace them with another manufacturer brand?”Eventually I got hold of belltech directly and talked with a very knowledgeable sales/technical parts employee and after a brief conversation explaining my dilemma, I mentioned the pic’s I had taken with the part #’s etched into the shock. He obliged to allowing me to read the #’s and lo and behold...Belltech still makes them.With 15 years passing since the initial installment, I am still in sync with the subtitles and nuances to changes in how my truck rides, handles, and performs as it gets older. I could feel the shocks not working as well as they once had, long before my mechanic pointed out the leak. What a difference a decade+ makes. My truck suspension now feels as it once did when these were first installed. Tight, responsive and linear. Belltech’s quality hasn’t changed in all this time and is a testament to how great their products really perform and hold up to rigors of daily driving. Recommend!
