Use this with a baritone sax Yamaha 5C and an Otto Link metal mouthpiece (also baritone sax). Works great, comfortable for teeth, plenty durable. 100% will buy again.

The problem with these is that your teeth really can’t grip the mouthpiece and so I found it was working too hard when playing. I went back to a 3M cushion that is thinner and it may be that the BG cushions that are thinner work better, too. I won’t be using these 8mm cushions. I gave it the old college try but I don’t like these at all.

I use to always order the well know brand starting with a V. I was very disappointed when I could not get them anymore. My Professor said these were the same. This company actually manufactured the ones for Van...Well, they are exactly the same. These bite cushions really protect your mouthpiece and give you a good grip.

Love it! After many years I have started playing my sax again. I have a tendency to leave teeth marks on my mouthpiece. I was a little concerned that the 0.8mm would be too thick, but I'm glad I got it. It does change my embouchure a little, but it is a positive change and makes my tone "rounder".
