I bought this because the previous reviewer said that they purchased it for their firefly guitar with a Bixby style trem and it made the trem lower to the guitar. This is not the case. Yes, it’s gold, which is better than the black but is the exact same size and does not lower the trem arm.

I had bought a guitar with a bigsby type trem. The spring it came with was huge and the bar was 6 inches off the body. This fixed the issue perfectly!

I bought the new Firefly thinline Telecaster copy with the Bigsby style trem. The spring for the trem was ridiculous! I ordered this and had within a few days. It is a perfect solution and matches the gold hardware on my guitar.
