Simple multi purpose design. It allows the rear seat and Chain stay to rest in plastic adjustable hook shaped brackets. My carbon frame was tricky to stabilize. I will line the brackets with soft self adhesive pads to protect the paint. It is almost 5 pounds so not quite as portable as i hoped. It could easily be much lighter and still as stable in my opinion. At 50% off it is worthwhile. At $100 I'd give it 3 stars.
