Was advertised as 110V, however, when product arrived, it's plug was set up for Eastern European/Asian outlet. Was set up for 220V, 50HZ. Wrong voltage/frequency for US usage. Additionally, the instructions were 100% Chinese, so unless you are fluent in Chinese, you would not be able to read them. It took 6 weeks for product to arrive, only to have to return it. Disappointing! Don't waste your time or money. I gave it one star because it does look well made, if your in Eastern Europe, it would be good!

We've had a pool table for a couple of decades, maybe longer, and I never thought about the balls getting dirty. My husband admitted to cleaning them about once a year. This billiard ball cleaning machine works great and makes the balls look brand new. It’s easy to use, and the results are impressive. The pool balls have never looked this good. If you have a pool table, this cleaner is definitely worth it.

This billiard ball cleaning machine is easy to use, and it does a great job. If you are really into playing pool, then you know that friction matters. Having the billiard balls clean and free of debris is a must. You will be amazed at how dirty they get and how much that can affect your game play, but this little machine makes cleaning a breeze. It couldn’t be easier to use and is a must have for any serious player.

This really does work. It’s a nice product. It’s designed well, and built well. It’s easy to use, and it certainly works. We have a smaller table and don’t play as often as we like, but this is still a MUST have machine to keep our balls clean. It really is amazing how dirty these balls get even from casual regular play. This does a great job at keeping them clean.
