These shocks are described to fit 1990 Jeep XJ with no lift. To quote: "This product fits this position on your 1990 Jeep Cherokee: Front, Notes: 4600 Series Shock Absorber; Front w/0 in. Lift/Drop"They DO NOT FIT 1990 Jeep XJ with or without lift. One end should have a rod to fit into the frame; not the round donuts on both ends! There is no way to install them. Too bad it has passed the return date when I tried. NOT HAPPY!
