I had a space maker black and decker from 1989 until this year that worked really well. This one the blade that opens the can slips up in the handle and you have to pry it back into position from time to time.

This new one replaced my old black n decker. I had the old one for about 20 years and it still worked.The new one is easier faster and holds on to the can very well. I love it even more. Not expensive at all when you consider how long it should last.

We bought this can opener to replace our previous one which was this exact same opener. The previous one was old and it got accidentally knocked one day and the lever broke off. We liked what we had so well that we replaced it with the same model. It is super easy to use and also to clean.

Too expensive but easy to install. Works well once you get used to it. I recommend this product if you need the space.

we had one & it after years of faithful service passed on. The dogs were dismayed. We were dismayed when we couldn't find one in the store. OH Thank-fully amazon had a willing seller. It works fantaztic. Pricey. But wonderful for our limited space.

I can't believe I got this under the counter can opener what such a great buy. it was slightly used you said but in the original box. It is perfect and replaces one I had like it so no need to redrill the holes in cupboard. thank you so much.

I have never had a better can opener. This is my second Black & Decker spacemaker and I would have no other. It is easy to install and very stable. It uses no counter space. I open big quart cans with no problems. It is always convenient, quiet and performs as advertised.
