Had an event to deal. As soon as the roller hit the front door part of the card shoe it flipped up, then came off. Slid it back in the groove. As long as nothing touched it, it didn't move. as soon as I inserted cards, lid came off. Highly upset and disappointed because now I don't have a shoe to deal with, because I had to return this one and order another one. Not enough time to receive a new one. If the new one is no good, I will try another company.

It has some sharp edges right where the cards come out. I expected this from reading another review. I had to use some sand paper to smooth it out before using. It works fine now.

Six decks fit easily, however, flimsy. It broke the 2nd time of use and had to tape it in order to use it.

It’s a decent shoe and discard. Good for the price. Got here with a big crack on the back but that’s the only downfall. If I could get a replacement then I’ll rethink the stars.

I've had this for about a month now and used it a lot for holiday parties. The biggest issue I have is with dealing from the shoe; cards often get stuck and the back of the cards get scratched. The discard tray is perfect though.
