The 12V marker light contains 2 high-output LEDs for exceptional brightness and performance. The life of a LED light far exceeds traditional incandescent lights and draws significantly less power than traditional incandescent bulbs. The LEDs are surrounded by an acrylic lens which snaps and seals onto ABS housing. The two-wire design includes lead and ground wires.

So it's been 4yrs since I installed these on my motorhome. They work fine, are bright enough, but I noticed today that they all (5) Jane developed cracks. None have fallen off yet, but I'm a little disappointed in that they are cracking & will need the lenses replaced soon.

Price is great ! Auto Zone wanted 3 times the price for these. I used these to replace some identical, except the old ones were standard halogen 194 bulbs. These are bright and great !

I bought these to replace the standard incandescent lights on a horse trailer for my daughter. The standard incandescent lights suffer from both burned out bulbs and poor connections between the bulb and socket. These should solve both problems as the LED's should last a very long time, and they are permanently mounted to a board and completely sealed in some sort of epoxy.I have two minor items I would change if I were designing these. First I would make them a one wire connection and rely on the mounting screws for the ground. I quite simply pulled the white with into the housing and grounded it with the mounting screw anyway. This isn't a huge issue but I think in most applications a hard wire connection to ground really isn't needed. The other thing I would change is to have a void behind the base of the fixture. The way it is made the wire has to go directly into a hole to keep from being squished by the housing when mounted. If the hole is off from where the wire exits the fixture then there is no space for it.Other than that these should last a very long time and be very reliable.

Very pleased. I put one on my old Airstream to test it and it looks & works great. It's brighter than the original incandescent, uses less power, and is WAY more water resistant. Since my original was a one-wire setup I pulled the black wire to the inside and added a eye that goes on the mounting screw. I will be ordering several more.7/16THAT WAS THEN!Now is different I guess... I ordered three of the red ones since I was pleased with the amber... bah. The red ones that just came had only two LEDs per light but worst of all they are not "potted" for water resistance. I was impressed with how the amber ones had potting material (epoxy?) completely encasing the circuit board so that WHEN water gets behind the lens it doesn't corrode and short out. I'd be surprised if this batch lasts 2 years.

7 out of 10 amber lights had red LED's with amber lens. This gave the amber lights a red appearance. Clearly assembled incorrectly at the factory.

Ok, I noted the previous reviews that noted this is not a 10 LED light but a 2 LED light. It is 2 LED and Amazon needs to correct their depiction of this light. However, I installed it and noted that for its 2 LEDs it is brighter than my OEM 2 light marker lights. Installation is not straight forward. You have to cut the wires of the OEM light and attach this light to them. I soldered and heat shrink the wires together. As I noted, bright and works well.

i really hate to rate something at only 1 star, but i was really disappointed when the product came and did not match the description provided by the seller. ive got 24 of these lights on my semi truck, and needed a few replacements and was really excited when i found them on here. however, when they showed up, i opened one up and saw that they only had 2 led diodes instead of the advertised 10 diodes, so obviously they would not match what i had. as far as 2 diode light goes, im sure they would work fine, the construction seems solid and the wires were soldered in nicely, although i dont know how bright they would be. my one star rating is based solely on the fact that the ad said 10 led diodes and the lights only have 2 diodes. as usual, amazons return policy was amazing and within 3 days of my dropping my package at ups the money was back in my account.
