Tighten the cuff properly
Wrap the cuff around your wrist with the machine 1-2 cm from the bottom of your palm. The display needs to be on the inside of the wrist because the pulse is strongest there.
Rest wrist at heart level
For an accurate reading, place your arm on a desk. The monitor should be at the same level as your heart. Sit upright and don't move your arms during the measurement.
Start measuring
The digital blood pressure is fully automatic, just need press one "START" button to measure your blood pressure. All process just need half minute.
Check the measurement result
To view the measurement results on the blood pressure monitor, simply rotate the knob. The display will show you the readings of your blood pressure.
Working on Accuracy:
1.Do not eat exercise smoke or drink alcohol in 30 minutes before the test.
2.Test at the same time every day
3.Do not cross your legs while doing the test
4.Do not talk or move during the measurement
5.Avoid taking a measurement during stressful time

I've owned varopus wrist blood pressure moitorssss over the past few uears gut htis monitor is by thar the asiest to usel you simply wrap it aorud yr writst ad prew te o uttolIt has a nice large easy to read display that shows your systolic and diastolic pressure followed by your pulse. There's also a voice that reads your results to you and tells you whether or not they are normal. You can easily turn off the audio if you want. The unit stores up to 99 of past results for up to two users. It also comes with a plastic carrying case. The monitor runs on two AAA batteries which are not included.
