Well made solar blanket. Easy to put on your pool. I believe because it's clear it really amplifies the Sun and keeps your pool chemicals from dissipating. Also it has kept my temperature of my pool woman two or three degrees of what it normally was even though my temperature here at night has dropped quite a bit. Very very happy well made great warranty. On scale of 1 to 10 I would definitely give it a 20. Very happy with my purchase

The product is coming apart at the seams, on the edges and in the middle. I had to cut it to fit my pool. Much too big. However, it warms the water very well.

I have a very nice 18' above ground pool with a large filter, a heat pump heater and an excellent salt water generator (Zandy Aqua Pure). I usually end up with solar covers that last about 2 years before destructing in some way. I bought this cover and have to say it is the most effective cover I have ever owned. It retains water temp better over night to a noticeable degree and also helps heat the pool on sunny days. It is the thickest I have ever bought. This makes it heavier and so is more difficult to roll up but it is well worth any extra effort. Buy it. I will update this at the end of the season.

Bought for my 20' square in ground pool. Very easy to trim to size after placing on pool for a day or so. Does a great job of maintaining heat from pool heater, pool chemicals, and reducing evaporation. It is a bit of a pain removing and replacing when using the pool, but well worth the effort. We generally use it (in FL) from mid November through March, then clean and store it. Will usually last about 3 seasons for us. Don't know if company name makes a difference with these.

It's plastic is thick enough and clear to let sunlight to warm pool up quickly. One down fall was it had a manufacturing defect ,one of the seams were not right about 1 inch but I repaired it and it was bigger then 24 feet so I had to cut it. The company did reimburse a small amount for the defects . Im sure I can get 5 yrs plus from it.

I was amazed at how thick this opaque white solar cover is compared to the flimsy blue cover that I was replacing. And my pool jumped 10 degrees overnight! In fact, here in the heat of summer, I have to monitor the water temperature in my 16' x 48" round above ground pool because it gets too warm (almost 100 degrees!). The 15" round fits the 16" pool beautifully. My previous blue solar covers lasted only one season before beginning to disintegrate and shedding little blue plastic dots that clogged up my filter. I have a feeling this cover will last a lot longer. One downside is that because of the thickness, it's a little bit stiff and harder to fold up. It's also a bit heavier but nothing an average adult can't handle. Another downside is that there are no holes in it so with the pump on, the cover gets covered with water and starts to get submerged. I will probably add a few holes myself to keep the cover on the surface.Overall I am very pleased with this purchase.

It's too soon to know about long term durability but it seems to be good quality. I had to trim a few inches off to fit my pool but it was easy with scissors. It really seems to help the pool hold its heat and it also helps keep the pool water clean.

Works great for keeping leaves, bugs, etc out of my pool, and for retaining the water temperature overnight when it would cool off some otherwise. When we had a couple days of super hot weather (temps over 100) here I actually had to leave this off of the pool because it was getting too hot, it felt like a hot tub! It's not going to work any miracles and heat your pool to the right temperature on its own, but it does definitely make a difference.I have an 18' round pool, and I ended up trimming almost a foot of material off in order to make it fit properly. That wasn't really a big deal to me I guess though, it only took a few minutes with a scissors. Here's a tip... don't just pull this cover off the pool and leave it laying flat on your grass. If you do that for a couple hours, the grass under the cover will be baked by the amplified sun's heat and your grass will be dead. I had a big brown circle of dead grass in my yard for a while. It works better to fold/roll the cover up after you remove it.Here's an update after 2 years. The cover has failed at the seams and is now in multiple pieces. I could have maybe got another year out of it if I was more careful. I'm going to replace it with a cheaper version. I think I'm also going to get a big pipe to roll it up with when removing it.

Good quality. I cut this to make an insulating cover for my hot tub and to protect the flip up cover from being splashed all the time. I got 3 covers out of it. For the money it's a great deal. Very thick but easy to cut. No issues at all.

I bought this for a 16' x 48" round Intex ultra frame pool. The cover is great and works wonderfully at heating up the pool water. It is big enough to cover the top of the water with no extra over hang. There is a slight gap around the edges but only about an inch all the way around. Not a big deal at all. It has heated up my pool to feel like a warm bath more than a cold pool. I've found if I turn my pump off only the top 3-4 inches are real warm and the bottom of the pool is cold HOWEVER leaving the pump on circulates the water and the entire pool is kept warm! It only took 2 days to get really warm like this in 70℉ weather. I found myself warmer in the pool than out of it on a nice 70℉ breezy day lol. I also live in an area of NW Oregon that is very windy most of the time and I can say this cover hasn't blown off once. Not even close. It just stays floating on the top of the pool. The added bonus is it also helps keep bugs and debris out of the pool. I am fortunate to have been able to set up my pool where trees aren't around or close over it but there is a large field with LOTS of dandelions blowing their "wishes" all over the place when it's windy. This cover has helped tremendously in keeping them out of the water.I spent a lot of time looking into these types of pool covers and what color worked best and after a lot of reading I figured clear would be best for me. I can not comment on if it works better than black, grey or blue but my common sense says clear will magnify the heat/light in a similar way as glass would with the sun and thus create more heat and retain more heat. I also had the forethought to order this while getting the pool ready for set up so when it came I was in the process of filling the pool with water and was able to put it on when I was done. I ran the filter continuously for 48 hours then put it on a timed mode per manufacturer's recommendations and when the pump went to timed mode that's when I got only the top few inches to heat versus the whole pool being heated with the pump on continuously. Once I put the pump to run 24 hrs and left it I didn't have the cold bottom anymore so I recommend a pump on continuously for whole pool heat with this cover. I also would like to mention that I have 3 children, 9,6,3, who have each tries to pop the bubbles on this cover without success, and promptly given timeouts because of it lol. It is thick. This is NOT your standard bubble wrap. This stuff is thick and strong. Strong enough to withstand three naughty children trying their hardest to pop the bubbles without being able to strong.I've had this product for two months now on my saltwater pool and there is no sign of failure yet. My husband was skeptical and a bit irritated at first I bought it and thought I was wasting our money, but after experiencing the difference it makes he praises me on the purchase.I highly recommend getting this cover for your pool and can say you won't regret it with confidence. When the day comes I need to replace this cover, it is plastic after all and nothing lasts forever!, I will be buying it again and have already set this item to my wishlist so I can find it easily when that day comes. Yes, I am that happy with it. I know this has saved me a ton of money already versus buying an electric heater for my pool and the cost of electricity to run it as my husband wanted to do 😜. Buy this and be happy jumping into your warm pool and have fun

Great product. Very tough plastic. This is not the cheapy WalMart special, where the bubbles fall apart after a few years. However, at over 15 feet in diameter (it nicely fills my 16 foot Intex pool), it is a handful to get in and out of the pool! You will need to develop a 'strategy' to defeat the giant, wet pancake on the way out (i.e. kind of fold it a bit) so that you can easily put it back in again and get it unfolded and fully covered. I like that it is clear, which should let more visible and IR penetrate and heat the water, instead of heating and degrading the plastic.I was worried that it would be too small for my 16' Intex Ultraframe, but it fits perfectly with no trimming.
