This thermal label printer offers both Bluetooth and USB connections, making it compatible with various devices. It's compatible with Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac systems. The setup is straightforward using the Labelife app for mobile devices or the provided driver for computers. It prints 4x6 labels quickly and clearly, suitable for shipping labels, address labels, and more. The compact design fits easily on a desk or in a bag. It comes with a power adapter, USB cables, and a few test labels. Just a tip; when printing, put the whole sheet of labels in, don't just try to tear off one. Overall, it's a practical choice for small business or personal use.

This is a well made, well functioning, basic thermal label printer! If you sell on ebay, etsy or Amazon and want an easier way to make shipping labels than using those gigantic inkjet or laser shipping labels (and a much cheaper way!) this printer will work great! I am only shipping 5-10 packages a day, so it's perfect for me. I can't speak to how it would hold up to shipping hundreds of packages a day, but for a shipper like me, it's great.Thermal labels are very cheap on ebay and Amazon and you will save a ton of money over half sheet letter shipping labels. I am using a generic USB printer driver on my MacBook to print from PirateShip and it's working fantastically! I had the printer up and running in about 3 minutes and I will never look back. I am also using it to print packing slips to go inside of the shipping boxes that way I don't need a later printer at my shipping station at all!I would absolutely recommend this for someone who ships a fair amount of packages and wants to save big money and time over using half-page shipping labels!

I installed this for use with a Windows 10 PC and did so using Bluetooth and the driver downloaded from the site listed in the instructions. I initially made the mistake of pairing the printer before installing the driver and that didn't go well. So after un-pairing, I re-installed the driver and paired only when the installer told me to, and that worked out great. I don't use my phone for such things, so I can't comment on that.I don't use my phone for such things, so I can't comment on that.Printing labels via the PC that were sent to me as a JPG or other graphic is pretty straight-forward -- I just used my favorite Paint type program and chose the label printer in the print dialog. The .jpg label I used for a test was in the top right corner of a full sheet. But instead of having to edit it, I simply put in a negative 4.25" left margin and it moved over to the right spot. PDF's are another thing, at least if you only have Adobe Reader. I could not find a way to add a margin to properly center a label. But, the company also has available a (free) program for download where you get the driver, and it has a function to crop a PDF for printing, and that worked great. The program also has a basic label creation mode, but I've not used that.I have now printed test labels from both a PDF and .jpg file. The test labels printed quickly, are very clear, and are (as are all thermal prints) non-smudge.While I don't do a huge amount of shipping, I do enough that I'm going to enjoy not having to load up my normal printer with shipping label paper. If you're in a similar situation or if you do a lot more shipping, I recommend this.

This is a great printer for small business or even personal use. The printer is compact and doesn't take up much space. The setup was a bit tricky for me, as it showed that it completed setup but the printer would not actually show up. It turns out the installer will not pair the printer over bluetooth automatically (even though it says it senses the printer and will set it up) and you have to pair it manually first then run the installer. Once that is done there were no issues. It prints fast and the labels are good quality. Really useful tool to have around.

I absolutely adore this printer. I have a Dymo that has been my loyal desk companion for the past 6 years but it is wired, and that means I have to go all the way upstairs to print labels of which I do quite frequently. Not anymore! Sure it doesnt have a paper holder like the Dymo but I dont mind laying the stickers behind it. It has its own app which is very user friendly and it prints at much higher quality than my Dymo and also much faster. Make sure you read the instructions because you do need to download drivers on your laptop or PC if you want to use the bluetooth function but they are a very quick setup and the software makes it so you can print ANYTHING you want. Cant recommend this enough.
