The instructions suck. i'm hooking it up to my pc but i don't see no program where i can open and print. The only thing i keep doing is downloading drivers

This is a upgrade from my regular printer & using tape to attach my labels to the packages. It saves you money as the labels stickers are more affordable than ink. The speed of printing is faster. It uses your phone to print & it’s compact that it can be carried anywhere. It takes minimal space. Its a little heavy and sturdy. Comes with everything needed to get you started.

This thing's a real pain, huh? It never lines up right, the prints are always messed up, and connecting it is a nightmare.
