There are no mounting screws, washers and nuts included with the mount! This was not made clear anywhere in the item description so I figured it was included. You have added 50 cents more and included the mounting hardware.

"Holds 5inch to 1-1/4inch diameter cymbal, tom or accessory arms." NOT TRUE!! The max post size is .8 inch. , just over 3/4 inch. Many drum makers use 3/4 inch post to mount toms to the bass. Mine uses 1 inch. I have a workshop and was able to drill out to meeker it work.
