Purchased this for our id machine at work. There was a ribbon error. After a lot of time with technical support they could not figure out the issue. Received a call back later and they had to reset the printer to be able to recognize the new ribbon.

The box says it is BD32 but the printer does not accept it. I get a "Invalid Ribbon" error
