Solid chain wip. Metal is not flimsy. Was worried about getting the cheap one. I seen images of the rivets coming out the cheap ones and bending (Figured if all else failed I could use it as a templet to make my own) This one is solid, dont think I will need to. As for the socket... meh.. Will work but I would not bank on it. Price was good as well under $10.00

Unless you own a bike shop and maybe even if you do why pay more when this removal tool is more than adequate for the job.

Be very deliberate in keeping the tool and splines in alignment with the cassette, else it will slip and damage the tool splines. Had to square them off to restore a solid grip after slipping once. Should last if careful…

Yes it does have enough room for the Bafang old style plug. Don’t know about the new screw type.
