Instead of renting a roller for several weekends in a row I decided to purchase this. It is small but the width of the vinyl plank flooring so that works. Even though it just works with your body weight seems to do the trick. The only downfall is the handle is very short so you have to be on your knees to roll it. Would be much better if you could stand and do it after being on your knees to do the flooring. Otherwise good value for the dollar.

I bought this tool to roll out the carpet covering for my commercial subwoofers. It is an easy to use heavy duty roller and I was able to get plenty of leverage to adhere the contact cement for a flawless finish. I bought it over others I saw because it has two handles. I would recommend this tool to anyone who installs laminates such as formica or other surfaces that are adhered with contact cement.
