We have been using this high chair for a year and a half. My 2 year old is in the 97th percentile in height and still fits great. It’s easy to clean and durable. We love the height of the chair itself as well. We have tall counters (40”) and it’s nice having a tall high chair at a similar level. The dark color is nice because we don’t need to worry about tomato or carrot staining. The tray has some scratches when you look closely, but considering the beating it has taken from our son and his forks it’s not bad. The adjustable foot rest is a great feature and keeps our kiddo in an ergonomic position while eating. Last but not least, the price is unbeatable! The things that could be improved:-the foot rest is challenging to adjust.-two hands needed to remove the tray (not a huge deal for us, but might be for others).-slight learning curve to remove and install the tray but its easy once you figure it out (look it up on YouTube).-the large tray is amazing, but would be a challenge to clean if you have a small sink.-the footprint of this chair is HUGE and can be a trip hazard, especially when you have it set up at the tallest setting. If you don’t have a larger space for it, it’s probably not a good fit. We have a second baby now and I’m not sure we have the space to accommodate a second one of these chairs :(-the light colored straps stain easily, would be better if they were dark like the chair itself.Overall we are happy with this chair and it works for us, but I can definitely see how it wouldn’t be a great fit for everyone.

I searched for a counter-height highchair for a while. This is pricy but worth it!

Really really pleased with this high chair. We have a counter height table that didn’t allow for a clip-on style high chair. Obviously the base is wide to compensate for the height but I don’t feel like my very strong 15 month old could possibly tip it. The tray is a bit weird the first few times you use it, but just squeeze the sides and tilt the edge up towards you and you’ll quickly become a pro. Wish we had purchased this first instead of the others we had tried.

This high chair is awesome. It is the only high chair that is completely cleanable.I love the way the seat can come off if needed, but even without that it is an easy wipe down. The straps and cushion come off easily to clean as well. I was a bit nervous about the 5 point harness because honestly it sounded annoying to deal with when trying to get a baby full of food out of it, but the 5 point is really more like a 3 point and it’s pretty easy to get on and off.My little one has gotten food on the straps quite a bit and I just put them in the top of the dishwasher because the straps are very easy to take on and off of the chair! It does take up a bit of a footprint but I feel most high chairs do for safety. I keep mine at table height right now and it’s not too bad of a footprint. I also love the hook on the back for bibs. It is sleek and cute. I put the tray on the bottom cross bars (not designed to do this but it works) as it sits up against the table. The ONLY thing I would take 1/2 a star away for is the tray. It is definitely a two handed deal, and it will take you a hot second to get a feel for it but then it’s fine. I love the one handed levers on other high chairs but it also makes sense the way this one is, because there are no screws or weird secret crevices that stuff can build up in and the tray can go into the dishwasher. So I’m a little torn on that, I would love the feature of one handed tray removal, however I definitely prefer that I can completely take apart and clean every thing, and do it easily! I don’t do a ton of long reviews but this baby has changed my life. Sure you could buy a very cheap high chair like the ikea one for about $30 it looks pretty easy to clean and same kind of tray deal, but missing the other features, or you could buy one $50-$75 with tons of crevices and those gross plastic seat pads or a more expensive high chair that is supposed to be multifunctional and grows with your kid - which I’m just gonna go out on a limb and say most people use it for the baby/toddler and do not use it for anything else besides the classic high chair and possibly toddler chair. Besides this one is multifunction in a more realistic way I think. You could buy something around the same dollar range and if you really want that easy one handed lever, extra tray liner on the tray, or cuteness factor of some specific style then sure but other than that, this is a winner. I’ve never had a high chair I was so impressed with. I should also mention I am a mother of six 19,17,15,7,3, and 6 months. I’ve use a couple different types of high chairs. If I were in my 20s and just barely having babies and on a tight budget as we were I would get the ikea chair, but I’m a bit older and not as tight of a budget and can opt to get something with a bit more functionality so I chose this and I am glad I did.
