For the F350 you need Bosch 20010312 which will fit the 4x4 L99(Late 1999) on through 2003. If you have the e99(Early 1999) with the original hub unit bearings these may work if you add washers to match the offset built into the hub. The 20010312 is designed specific to the offset in the L99 hub unit bearings on the 4x4 trucks.Regardless of which ones you need, check these prices against those at the Irish parts store (O'R*****). Sometimes you will save 35-50%.

Garbage Chinese made rotors that look to be on par with the cheap non-premium rotors you find at most parts stores. The Ford super duty 4x4 trucks are plagued with rotor problems and only premium parts seem to help alleviate this. These are painted up nice to look like premium rotors and advertised as such but the casting looks like the $40 crap you get from a major parts store. One of the 2 rotors I bought was out of spec (not by much but still out of spec) for minimum runout BRAND NEW!! The return process with amazon, albeit easy, was just to slow for me and I was forced to use this rotor. I am paying for it a year later with lots of vibration while braking. Don't buy these if you have a Ford super duty. I have had the very good success with the Raybestos Advance Technology rotors and a set of Wagner Thermo-Quiet pads or the Raybestos Ceramic Pads.UPDATE : I've removed these rotors, returned them and received a full refund from Amazon under the Lifetime Warranty from Bosch. The process was easy and Amazon customer service reps were superb. I should note one of the rotors had dark burned spots (perfectly round, dime sized) on the surface which probably contributed to the vibration I experienced. It seems as if this rotor was not cast properly. The burned spots were in a specific pattern on the friction surface that seemed to match with the open spaces between the cooling vanes. There was more spots on one side of the rotor than the other. The other rotor seemed to wear normally with no burnt spots. I replaced ALL of my brake hardware to include both calipers with OEM Motorcraft Parts when these rotors were installed, so faulty brake components cannot be suspect in this problem. Stay away from these rotors, especially if you own a Ford SuperDuty truck.
