I love this Bose multi cd player and radio.I had one before 18 years old and it died.I bought this new one , brand new not refurbish.The seller was great and gave me some advice.I highly recommend this product and seller!

Always wanted a Bose Wave System didn't want to pay full price but getting a refurbished one you get the best of both worlds. The price was good and the product works, sounds and came right to the door. Very happy.

Unit is not new or only used. It is refurbished.Manufactured over 11 years ago. Unable to contact Amazon to make a return. Costs me $1300. 00 to buy an old stereo.

I’ve heard these radios/stereos several times in varying places. Their performance and sound quality are the reasons I wanted to buy one. This one I bought functions well. However, it does not have the sound quality of the other ones I’ve listened to in doctors’ offices, other waiting areas, and homes of friends. I don’t know why the sound quality isn’t as good. Still, I’m glad I bought it and find the sound quality acceptable. The shipper was great. I received the Bose within days of ordering it and much sooner than I expected.

The product is terrific- as I expected - but the seller was .... superb! I screwed it up when I first received it. He very patiently talked me through what I had done, sent me a new CD the day before Christmas and got it working perfectly. He could write the book on customer service! A real joy to work with. I highly recommend him.
