I grabbed this 4-pack of Boveda 62% Packs to keep a pound of goods fresh in an airtight container, and they’ve been a reliable humidity hack. Each Size 67 pack (2.75" x 5") uses Boveda’s patented 2-way tech—saltwater magic that either releases or absorbs moisture to lock in 62% relative humidity (RH). I’ve been using them in a gallon jar for a few weeks, and they’ve kept everything at that sweet spot—moist but not soggy, vibrant but not moldy. Perfect for long-term storage or reviving stuff that’s gone too dry.The setup’s brain-dead simple: pull a pack from the resealable bag, toss it in your container, and seal it up. No water cups or guesswork—they just work. The 4-pack is sized for up to a pound, and one pack has handled my half-pound stash solo so far, still feeling soft after a month (they’re good for 2-4 months, depending on air exposure). I moved the Joshua Tree in the high desert where the temps can be way high and humidity is super low thru-out the year. This can dry your herb in no time when left out. This is a great product to keep your stash fresh. The packets and my cannavault work wonders. A must have

I have a humidor that holds about 90 to 100 cigars. It's a nice Spanish cedar wooden humidor. I've tried other products in the past and once I switch to these I'll never go back. When the cigar box is full I had two of these and it's good to go for a month maybe a month and a half depending on the weather. These are mess free super easy to use transportable and just work perfect highly recommend.

The other common brand is trash. The bovedas are consistent and unfortunately with no other options you have to spend a bit more to get them.These can be re-hydrated, unlike what they recommend, but if used for herb storage, you do have to consider whether they get fouled. If they smell fine, you are probably okay. I've used the same set for a 2nd year and all is well. Slowly switching to 62% from the lower 58% as i replace them.Update - both the 58% and 62% resulting in a consistent 62% +/- 1%. The hygrometer used was +/-3%. It's possible there is virtually no difference between the 58% and 62% options.As long as you don't put an undersized humidipak into a large volume of space, they are consitent and work well. You cannot say the same for the white-colored 'other' brand.. i don't think those are even +/- 10-15%, lol.. They are terrible. I used those for 2 years and it never kept my herb properly hydrated even if i put 10x the size needed into the container.

Supposed to be 62%, but after 24 hours it has dropped to 53%. I did put only a little amount of herbs and a big boveda bag.Would recommend to try other seller if you are looking for a good curing humidity.
