looks nice, but it won't slide into the grooves on either side of the hood. I've had to use a pliers to bend the top of the slot up so the filter will slide in. It's just too thick for the hood. Maybe an 1/16 th narrower and it would fit. This is the side thickness, not the measured sides. It measures approx 1/4 of an inch and it's too wide to fit the slots

I had to replace the ones I had because the fan went flying off the post and destroyed the filters that were there. These are labeled the correct size. They could be a tiny bit bigger to fit the space better. As it is, I think they could easily fall out. That's why I gave it 4 stars.
