The inserts seem good quality and are definitely thicker than what came in my bras I purchased. The problem is the packaging; came in such a small package that two if the inserts have bends/kinks in them. Not sure if they will flatten out. Size is very good for a D/E cup

I love that it's sewn on the edges, but it says it is able to be used for swimsuits too, yet a pair only lasted in my swimsuit for 4-5 months, swimming 1-2 times per week. Then they got unevenly thin to the point where they werent usable. Good thing they come with multiple sets.

I recommend to size up when you’re buying this. I’m normally a B but when I got it, it smaller than the ones I normally use but it’s still fine. Different companies, different sizes. Unlike the ones that would come in with sports bras, this one is sewn in, so the liners don’t separate at all. I’ve had it for about a month or so now and I’m pretty active, I wash a lot of sports bras and I’m impressed that the liners stayed intact. Would Recommend

Love these bra pads. They are thick enough to cover nipples showing through clothing without being too thick, and still look natural. They are great quality. Will order again. Fits into my bras perfectly and like these pads even more than than the original removable pads my expensive CK bra came with.

I had previously bought another brand and thought the sizing would work but they were way too small for my D-cups so I returned them.Then I tried to find ones with the largest measurements I could find and landed on these - they are perfect!! I like that the edges are stitched since the reason I need ones is the ones in my sports bras do not have sewn edges so they are falling apart. Hoping these ones won't do that with the sewn edges. Slight padding but not too much - just enough to hide your nipples :)
