I’ve had this brand mixer for probably 15+ years now. I didn’t need all the components so I best ordered the hand mixer and it jams up frequently. I recommend going with the one with all the bells and whistles, but this one.

I had my last mixer from braun for 20 years and loved it . Still runs great but the wire had a contact issue so it stops and runs depending on the movement of the wire. It bought a Braun again and hope to get as many years out of it. So far it’s great

Lighter that most, easy to use. Only one complaint, it flings whatever your mixing even at the lowest speed. Perhaps by the design of the beaters themselves, but nevertheless, be prepared to wear what you are mixing.

Light, easy to handle with a lot of power for a little machine.Have arthritis and it has a slim handle to grip.Only comment is I wish it had a box style beater box which connects to the machine to keep it all together for storage.

For the last 40 years, I've only used a hand mixer and this is definitely the worst. I've tried to use it twice and each time ended up mixing the batter by hand. My advice is to not buy it for these reasons:1) As in other ratings, beaters are EXTREMELY difficult to get out, even when beaters are inserted correctly. My husband had to eject the beaters for me - I didn't have the strength - and I'm not weak.2) The design of the beaters does not make for easy or quick blending. It may be light, but the batter tosses the blender around, instead of the reverse, and it takes effort to hold it the mixer in place. My arm is still sore from trying to use it to make cookies the night before.3) As in other rating, the design and/or the speed of the mixer splatters the batter outside of the bowl, no matter what you try, even on the lowest setting.4) Each beater has it's own specific hole, which we didn't realize at first - this is not specified in the instructions and they are almost impossible to eject if inserted incorrectly. The first time I tried to use it I didn't realize this until I couldn't get the 2nd one in. It took us almost a half hour to the first one out.Definitely looking for another blender.

Loved the mixer lightweight and works great easy to use. Except the eject button is too hard to use had to call husband for help. I also was looking forward to storage bag but it’s only for the attachments.

I am relatively new to cocking, so my opinion is largely based on my background with engineering.This seems to be a very well made unit. Very much in line with the excellent legacy of Braun products.Pros:Perfectly balancedVirtually no vibrationsExtremely smooth gearing(comment: these pro’s make it a pure joy to experience)Cons:Release button hard to pressAttachments hard to install/push-in.(comment: hopefully as the unit wears in, these aforementioned cons may fade away on their own)In closing, my grandmother always preferred Braun and using this device I always have to think of her and smile and understand why she was such a great fan.
