Ordered these rims after I warped the rims that came with my Scott Spark. The rear hub, specifically the free wheel, locked up on the eighth ride after installing these rims on my mountain bike. I ride a lot of tech, roots, rock gardens and som small drops no jumps and crazy stuff. Although they were not expensive I was disappointed in how quickly the rear hub failed. I will say after contacting Amazon they sent me a new set within a week and sent the others back. I am hopeful I just got a bad rear wheel because I do like these wheels appearance and the way they feel while on the trails. I will update as I get the new set installed and progress.UPDATE:Got a second set of these wheels on June 28, 2023 and they lasted 2 1/2 months. I am 56 and only ride trails, not big drops or jumps and the rear free wheel ended up locking up again. When I stop peddling the cassette keeps going. When I went to take the cassette off the whole freewheel part came off the hub.I gambled on this set of wheels and lost. They seem sturdy but the rear hub is garbage and all the splines within the freewheel ended up breaking. Save your money and get a better set of wheels.

I own a set of these rims with a SRAM NX cassette on them and they have performed well above what their price point would indicate. Near immediate engagement when you start pedaling, the wheels feel incredibly light and have a good amount of flex without feeling like they are going to warp, bend or break. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality for price with my set of rims and would recommend them to anyone looking for inexpensive but good 29 inch rims with a Shimano HG driver body, I just wish there was an option for a SRAM XD driver but was advised there wasn't one when I inquired about it.

Excellent value with these rims and hubs. I had my end caps reserved and the wheel would not spin on the bike. Customer service was awesome and worked with me closely to get the problem resovled. Very quick response time

The wheels were very nice looking; however, I recv’d the wrong size. Needed 700c (25.5/26), but recv’d 24.’s. The correct size for me was available for purchase.
