I originally had a set of cheap OEM style flares that took alot of manipulating to get them to fit right, and even after install they started warping in the heat. I bought these as a replacement and painted them myself. When they say these are ready to paint out of the box they mean it, there was barely (if any) bodywork to be done and all the lines were nice and straight. Once I got to installing them after paint they were an absolute breeze to work with. Applying the rubber gasket is probably the most difficult part but if you only peel about 3" of tape at a time it's no problem. The best part about these were how they fit around the contours of the body, there were no gaps whatsoever and the extra tire coverage was a plus. If you're thinking about putting flares on your truck I wouldn't trust any company more than bushwacker.

Bought the product did not fit our truck send it back on 18 December they received it and I am still waiting today for my refund and it is now January 13th

I checked this product number with Bushwacker and they fit my 1500. Smooth flares that look perfect over my 20x10 -24 wheels and 35x12.5 inch tires. After tightening down all the screws into the factory holes on my fenders these flares are super solid and aren’t going anywhere

I went with this brand because I wanted to make sure they would fit correctly. At first I was amazed. The overall fit of the main pieces was excellent. However, on my 2015 Ram with chrome bumper, there is a small piece you are suppose to bolt together with the large piece. This piece does not fit at all. It looks like it would fit if the bump out was removed, but when your paying this kind of money, I'm not going to modify it. I will call Bushwacker tomorrow to give them a chance.Update:Contacted Bushwacker, after 2 weeks and sending them photos and invoice of proof of payments, they said I should just return it. Sure am glad Amazon has 30 day return policy. If you order this, take it out right away and make sure all piece fit.

Great paint finish on these fender flares...matched my truck perfectly! Seemed to be packaged decent, I didn't find any defects after the unboxing. Good quality well made product. Install was fairly easy on my 2018 Ram 1500 all holes lined up... it's just a bit difficult to do by yourself...it's easier if you have someone hold the flare up while you line it up and start the first couple screws.. after that went pretty good. The rubber seal between the truck and flare makes the install good and tight with clean lines. You'll pay a little more for this product compared to similar flares...but it's well worth the extra $$!

Purchased for my 2017 Rebel with side compartments....not that it matters, ordered on the 21st of Dec and arrived at noon on the 24th. So I decided to install on same day, 24 Dec, thinking it was as easy as removing factory flares and boom, install new flares and be in time Christmas Eve dinner.Anyway, missed Christmas Eve dinner. Do not be fooled that this is a direct bolt on. Fit and finish is terrible. For the front, they do not line up to the bottom of the headlights like factory. YOU WILL have to remove the front Hemi badge in order for the flare to sit correctly. The flares themselves do not sit correctly along the contour of the wheel well and if you over tighten it, you will rip/ crack the new flares....as there is a good 3/8 gap between fender and flare fastener.For the rear, 3 out of the 7 fasteners align in same hole. You will have to drill 4 new holes. Fit and finish on the rear is terrible as there are gaps between the fender and flares...not huge, but you can tell they don’t sit right.If I haven’t been committed and there was a way to reinstall the factory flares I would. I would return these in a heartbeat. Not worth the money or headache. I will say one positive thing; They do look nice and the matching paint is spot on.If you buy for a 2017 ram, be prepared and set aside 7 hours or more to install correctly as you will also have to trim the rear new flares by about 1/2 in the back side to fully align them correctly. It was starting to get dark and cold and I was out of steam.You will have to remove the rear tires to get access to drill and what not, just easier.Do not buy if you don’t plan on drilling new holes or want to remove your factory hemi badges.

I like them. I wanted something to protect the fenders from mud and gravel, and they do the job. These are a little wider than the factory flares that come on the Ram Power Wagon. The tires on my truck are wider than the factory tires, but they're about even with the fender well. I didn't want flares that stick way out, so these were a good compromise and I like the way they look. I didn't buy the pocket style flares. I like the way the bolts look, but the fact that they're for decoration only and serve no function would bug me, so I went with these.According to the Amazon web site, they don't fit my truck (2017 Ram 2500 Tradesman). I ordered the part number based on information from the Bushwhacker website, and they fit perfectly.

These do fit a 2015 dodge 1500 short bed, with some notable issues. You must remove the HEMI 5.7 liter badges from the front fender, and some plastic widgets from the wheel wells. I find it amusing that the instructions list this as "optional". The "option" is not to install them. You must be very careful when removing the HEMI badges, not to scratch the paint. Use a plastic scraper, adhesive remover, a soft cloth, and a steady hand. They do look good, and seem solid enough. The bolts in the pockets are for appearance only. You do not need to drill holes in the body. The installation takes...maybe an hour, using a phillips screwdriver, an 8mm socket, a small prybar, a plastic scraper, adhesive remover, and a soft cloth. Very simple.
