Engineered to 'Activate More Grip', sway bars are principally designed to reduce body roll or sway. By reducing body roll, lateral loads are spread more evenly across the tires thereby increasing cornering grip and improving outright performance. This Whiteline 24mm 3 point adjustable sway bar = more grip = better handling = outright performance - it's the best dollar for dollar handling improvement you can make to your vehicle. In fact, benefits extend to improvements in handling, safety and tyre wear without affecting ride quality or comfort.

If you are a driver who enjoys twisty mountain roads, or darting around city streets, there isn't a better $200+ you could spend that is more rewarding than a larger REAR sway bar. FWD and AWD vehicles especially suffer from understeer, and larger bars really help the car rotate around turns -- even better when adjustable, so you can dial in how loose or tight you like the balance. Even the lowest setting provides exceptional improvement, the vehicle will feel more nimble and light when cornering, and ride quality doesn't change at all. Basically, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Night and day difference.I've been using Whiteline performance products for over 20yrs, they have always set the bar for other manufacturers. If they make one for any vehicle I own, I get one.

Excelent product , instalation was great and easy , it's stiff and I'd highly recommend for any one who's trying to fix a cars body roll , I'd recomand getting it with the front and the back end links that are adjustable

2014 Jetta Sportwagen TDI.Brought this to a local shop for install since I don’t have stands. Set it to medium. Can definitely feel the difference in a positive way. Car is flatter around corners and feels a bit more sporty. I’m only doing tasteful mods that make the car a little bit more fun to drive. Would recommend. No squeaks as of two months ago.

I got this to replace my OEM bar on my 2013.5 VW GLI.Took 20-30 minutes to install, easy. I was VERY satisfied with the improvement in handling. My gripe is with the bushings that come with this.My problems started a day after install. I started to get that incessant SQUEAKING that poly bushing are semi-infamous for.The bushings I received with this kit, were advertised as "Squeak Free - Grease Free!" Nothing could be further from the truth. These are apparently their latest bushings.I installed them without grease as the instructions said, but the squeaking was out of control over every little bump.I removed the bushings and installed top notch grease (Energy Suspension grease), reinstalled.. still the same squeaking. This squeaking plagued me every day for many weeks. I reinstalled the bar multiple times, and had a professional check it out twice, the squeaking got slightly better, but always came back. The one thing I noticed is that these bushing are completely flat inside, with no grooves or anything to hold any grease.I finally had enough and bought some Energy Suspension Greasable sway bar bushing with zerk fittings - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000CN5FUUInstalled these (these do have deep channels/grooves inside the bushing to hold grease), and my squeaking problems were instantly gone. 2 days with them so far and not a single squeak from the rear sway bar. Also with the new bushings, since they have zerk fittings I will easily be able to apply new grease when needed.I'm very satisfied with the sway bar, but I knocked off a star because the bushings are crap.

Installs in about 20 minutes with nothing but a set of ramps, a wrench, and a set of spline drivers you can get for about $16 here on amazon. Great performance. MUCH stiffer and heavier than the OEM bar. Start on "medium" and get used to how they ride. Some people modify the included brackets and bushings to add a grease fitting so that they can be re-lubed from time to time, but i greased mine liberally when i installed them a few weeks ago and haven't heard them squeak.Get that Mk5 or Mk6 rear end to stop being so squirrelly and put and end to excessive body roll. Whiteline may not be as well known as some of the european and american brands among VW drivers, but subaru drivers swear by them and i think the performance on my Mk5 GTI is awesome.
