Four of the six wires were in the wrong place had to flip the coils and the pickup coil for the wires to be in the correct spot for the brain of the four-wheeler

I put this in a 96 Polaris Xpress 300 that had no spark. Fit a little tight on the crank case but a little sandpaper on the case and stator took care of that pretty quickly. I couldn't find any timing marks on the stator to line up. Just be aware of how the old one is clocked and put this one in clocked about the same way. After replacement the quad fired right up and puts out around 14v to the battery. Been fine for a few months so far in a quad that is run 4-8 hours on the weekend.
