Nice cot but they sewed the pocket on the wrong side they should’ve sewed it underneath and it’s extremely difficult to unclip the middle leg you need someone to help you with it. Not as easy to take down

Seriously, if you’re willing to carry this much weight into the woods, you might as well just carry a regular folding cot, because the weight difference isn’t going to be enough to matter. Is this cot well made and comfortable? It is. But I was extremely disappointed with, and surprised by, the weight. What you’re basically getting here is a cot that requires more work to put together, that sits nearly right down against the ground instead of being at bed height, is more prone to collapse - with no significant weight savings over just a regular folding cot!I say “significant” weight savings because obviously there are weight savings here. But it’s still much, much heavier than any sane person is going to carry into the woods at any distance. In order to make this cot worth my while, I would literally have to empty my pack of 50% of any other items I might want to take. The cot needs to weigh 1/4th of what it does in order for it to be a practical gear item for the use it is intended for.

The build quality on this cot is very nice. The material is thick and durable, while allowing just enough flex to cushion your body. It took me around 6 minutes to set it up and about 10 minutes to take it all down and packed up. After setting it up, the cot is very taut. Although I don't see any issues laying on it directly, I used a 3" air mattress and with the sleeping bag, the sleep is very comfy. The only downside is that the cot is somewhat on the narrow side, so if you toss and turn often during sleep, perhaps a wider cot is a better option.

This outdoor camping folding bed is great for camping and when an additional cot is needed. All of the items can be stored in a carrying bag, and it is light enough to carry around. Assembling the folding bed is pretty easy, even without instructions. (It did not come with any instructions) The rods are all attached by a stretch cord, and once assembled, easily slide into place. In order for the "feet" of the bed to attach, you need to press down on it so that it bends a small bit in order to fit it against the side rods.I found the bed to be pretty durable. The rods are all pretty thick and the stretch cord is strong. To note, the drawstring on the carrying bag is pretty thin, and I could see that easily snapping. In fact, when I tried to close the opening with the draw string, it was barely able to close, and I couldn't even close it all the way.Once assembled, the bed felt pretty sturdy. Compared to other folding beds, I thought it was wider and gave more space. I measured about 26 inches wide and about 75.5 inches long. The material seems to be a type of "rip-stop" material. It wasn't as taut or sturdy as I would like, and maybe that's because it's a bit wider, but I found myself sinking a bit, but not to the point it was uncomfortable. One weird aspect was the side pocket that allows you to store items is actually attached on the top of the mat, and it folds over the side. I appreciated it for the space, but I would have liked a firmer mat, and a much more durable carrying case.

This camping cot is as advertised, I have two other camping cots and this one is by far the lightest of the three, and it takes up a lot less space when packed into it's included stuff sack. But, this cot also sets up closer to the ground, is slightly narrower. Because of the lighter weight it feels a little less sturdy, but this is mostly an illusion. It claims to hold 320 lbs., and that is probably true. I loaded it with about 260 lbs. on even hard ground, and it felt strong and steady. But I would be careful of loading it down on uneven or soft soil.Setting up this cot is similar to setting up a tent, it is not hard to do at all, but it takes more effort than the bigger heavier cots. There are eight parts to this cot in total, and if one part gets lost or damaged you will probably no longer be able to use the cot. The cot is not terribly uncomfortable, but I would want to use a good cot mattress pad with it if I was planning on using it for more than one night. If you need to pack in a cot to a remote camping area, or if you need your cot to take up as little space as possible, then this cot is probably a good choice for you. For someone older, like me, you might want a cot that is a little higher off the ground. Also, if you have plenty of room for the larger folding cots, then you might not appreciate this cot as much as those who need to travel light using less space. My overall rating is for the backpackers and campers that value saving space and reducing weight. I don't know how a company could reduce the weight and size of a camping cot any further and still keep it strong, and fairly comfortable.

Pretty much as advertised. This cot is pretty close to the ground, more so than my other one, but it is relatively comfortable. It's a bit narrower than expected but ample for most people. I can't imagine someone that weighs the 320 lbs it says it will hold being able to fit but an average person will find no problem. If feels pretty secure and sturdy and is certainly better than sleeping on the ground.Overall I'm pleased with this cot.
