This is not a camera mounting plate, so having a screw with a flip-out 'handle' is a little confusing - but - it does work for me as an improvised (and cheaper) HDMI guard plate when mounted on the side rail of an A7 series cage. There are no dimensions listed in the ad, but for those that need them... it's 30 x 50 x 4mm, or about 1 1/8 x 2 x 3/16 inches, for the plate size.The 2 stainless hex screws and tool do come with the plate, and the center-hole distance between the 2 rows of threaded screw holes actually are 18mm.
