Just going to post pictures of the actual headset I received. Sorry for the cell phone pics. I hope this helps someone out as the item description isn't crystal clear. The pictures are the box, headset together, lower half, upper half, and everything that's included in the box aside from the small plastic bag. If someone needs specific pictures or measurements, let me know.

Steuersatz lässt sich leicht montieren (Lagerschalen im Steuerrohr & Lagerkonus am Gabelschaft)Aber Steuersatz-Werkzeug sollte vorhanden sein.Auch der Rest lässt sich leicht montieren und alles ist sehr hochwertig.Würde ich mir wieder kaufen :)

Best $45 I've spent. Very nice quality, very smooth and clean looking. Not to mention so much better than my stock headset. Will buy again for any future bikes, cane creek got a long time customer thnx to this.

This zero stack business came as a surprise to me when I started to build a frame I bought. After some research, I found this which was just the ticket. The quality is Cane Creek, an it's price is very attractive. It installed easily with a press, and works as it's supposed to. Nice!

Used the Cane Creek website to find a headset that would fit my bike, a Scott CR1. It said this would fit, but after getting it, it didn't. Suffice to say, I was not pleased and am dissatisfied with the company, as their headset locator tool doesn't work.

I bought this to replace a Cane Creek retained ball bearing headset. The bearings in the old headset had worn out to the point where there was a lot of slop on the headset even with everything tightened up because they weren't sealed. It was apparent immediately that this headset was much higher quality. It directly replaced my old headset with no problems. The sealed bearings should really make a difference in the durability too. Once installed, there is no slop in the headset and it turns really smoothly. I only wish I had bought this earlier.

Looks nice, machined well, made in Taiwan. It would be nice if companies such as Cane Creek would list where their products were made, as well as Amazon. I would not have purchased this, knowing it was made in Taiwan.

Well worth the price. Love the laser etched texts and logo, as well as use of blue colored seals, looks very high quality without too flashy. Steel sealed crown race ensures long lasting usage.I accidentally ordered integrated headset at first, so make sure this is correct headset you need. Integrated headset does not come with cup, the cup is machined to the head tube, while this zero stack does come with complete upper and lower cups to hold bearings.I have ran over to at least 5 local bike shops asking for zero stack 44mm headset and non of them carry any in stock, so most likely you will need to order it online. Amazon Prime was amazing, I ordered the wrong item, send it back and they send me the new item in 2 days.See the customer images I've uploaded for the exploded view of the pieces included in this headset.
