***Update/Edit:***After a week with this stereo installed in my truck, I can no longer recommend it. I have had the following issues:1. The bass on regular FM radio is insanely too much. Even with the bass turned all the way down, and the loud setting turned off, it's overpowering, so much that I can't listen to regular radio.2. The radio signal is poor, it sounds like the signal is constantly going in and out, it gets louder and quieter, and sounds like it's going from mono to stereo constantly, even when parked or at a stop.3. After the 3rd use, it wouldn't turn on. Pushed the power botton many times and nothing. I checked the fuses, and they were fine. Put the original fuses back in. Took everything apart to put my original stereo back in. Original stereo worked fine. I re-installed this stereo and it started working again.4. Twice, my phone wouldn't connect to Android auto or perhaps bluetooth. Android Auto kept popping up on my phone saying to select "OK" on the stereo screen, but there was nothing on the screen saying to connect. I had to turn off Bluetooth on my phone to keep it from continuously popping up. Then had to power off the stereo and power back on in order to connect. Extremely annoying as my phone seemlessly connects to my other 2 vehicles.5. The last straw was today, when I was driving and streaming music from my phone, it completely lost all bass in the middle of a song. I stopped and restarted the song, disconnected and reconnected my phone, cycled the stereo power, tried different EQ presets, nothing worked. The bass on the radio setting is still far too much and now the Bluetooth streaming has almost zero bass with it turned all the way up on the EQ.I re-installed my factory stereo today and will be looking for a higher quality name brand upgrade in the future.***End of Edit***This is a significant upgrade to my 2013 Silverado. My truck was originally equipped with the Bose stereo, which sounds excellent, but it was simply outdated. The addition of Android Auto and wireless Bluetooth Audio, while maintaining steering wheel controls makes this system far more convenient and capable than my factory system. And it completely updates the appearance of my interior.Install will vary with different models, but it was (physically) very easy to install into my center console using the factory mounting points and looks great! Wiring instructions are very basic, so if you are not experienced at installing car audio, you may want to seek a professional installer. My rear speakers didn't work initially, after inspecting every wire in the included harness, I came across a Brown wire that had a tag on it that said "if no sound, try cut". So I cut the wire and the rear speakers came to life.Bluetooth connection to my phone was very easy.I did not install the external USB plugs, nor the external microphone because the unit actually has them on the front panel. The front panel microphone works well in my truck, if you have a loud vehicle, you may need to install the external microphone so that it's closer to your face.I did not install the GPS antenna either, because I prefer to use my phone with Android Auto for navigation, But I do find myself in areas without a phone signal on occasion, so I may install it later if I feel I need it.I also did not install the backup camera nor the backup sensor because my vehicle already has these systems separate from the stereo. But it is great that they are included.I really like it so far, but one thing that bothers me, and my reason for only 4 stars, is when playing FM Radio, there is far too much bass through the speakers, so I have to turn the bass all the way down on the equalizer wile listening to FM radio. I don't have that problem while streaming music through my phone.I wish I could rate this at 4.5 stars, because the extra bass while listening to FM Radio is not a deal-breaker for me. For all of the technology in this kit, and at a price of $169 at the time of my review, I consider it a bargain, but no longer recommend it.

Got this for my truck and I really like it. It was definitely an upgrade from what I had previously. It seems to be made well and the install was a breeze. It was perfect size so its true to what it says about its compatibility. I would recommend this product.

This stereo works fine if you’re just looking to modernize your truck with Bluetooth and Android Auto. It’s not flashy and doesn’t have every feature under the sun, but for what it offers it performs well. GPS loaded up just fine for me, and I didn’t run into any lag switching between apps. You’ll definitely want to consider a backup cam separately since this one doesn’t include it. I installed it in a Sierra and had no problems mounting it flush with a dash kit. For the price, I’m happy with it.

Overall this is a decent product for the money. Installed in a 2011 Silverado LT Extend Cab. The head unit works great. My only issue was the backup camera would only work when the vehicle's engine was not running. The fix was an additional product installed in the taillight housing. A dc filter was needed for the camera to work when the engine was on/running.

This one has built in Android OS and standalone GPS.Very responsive.I love the built in volume control dial and buttons.Pairing was very quick and easy with my Samsung S24+.I don't have GM Sierra, but I can wire to my Toyota easy - same wire color code as other car radio.Highly recommend!

Install was very easy. I have the suburban with the Bose system. Everything was plug and play. Steering wheel controls work. I didn’t everything but the backup camera which I will do later. One piece of advice. There is a cord that says if you don’t have sound, cut this wire. I had to cut it, and it fixed it. Sounds amazing.
