Just shy of 4' x 5', this car seat cover is a flat sheet/blanket that has one reflective side. While it definitely does a good job of keeping the sun off of the car seat, it is bulky and more than I actually need for this purpose. Before getting this, I was just using a lightweight flannel baby blanket.It is sewn well and is large enough that it should completely cover just about any size car seat. It isn't particularly heavy, but it doesn't easily fold up compact (like its vacuumed packed size in the package). The price is decent and I will most likely use it for other things - like covering stuff in the back of my SUV. Not sure I would buy it again for a car seat, but it does work.

This sunshade cover keeps the car seat cool during the summer. It is easy to install with an adjustable buckle and is compatible with most car seats. The oversized design provides full protection. It can be rolled and folded for storage. However, it can be bulky even when folded. Overall, it is a good product.

If you live in the South It is a must have for the car seat. The cover came vacuumed sealed in the baggy with no other packaging. But it works as intended and protects your seat and child from damaging heat. It is basic, but it works, although real test will come in the summer.

This sun shield is really nice to have in the car, it helps keep the car seat nice and cool during the summer time. It's very big so it should be able to fit any type of car seat.

For some reason, when I bought this, I thought this sun shade cover for car seats would be made in such a way to slip on like a rain cover for the car seat. Meaning, I thought it would be contoured in some way to fit the car seats, especially because it said it was "compatible with Doona Graco" in the title. It's actually just a large, flat, blanket with a reflective side. Having said that, it's probably more versatile this way.The sheet is large enough to easily cover large convertible car seats, like my all-in-one car seats that are sized up to 100 lb children. It comes with straps to hold it in place on the seat's headrest and you just drape the whole thing over the car seat. This will be helpful during the summer because the car seat is already very warm and causes my toddler to sweat even on colder months. This prevents the car seat from becoming excessively hot from direct sun light. Needless to say (but I feel it needs to be said), the sun shade should only be used with an empty car seat. When not using it for a car seat, you can always use it to cover your own seat. The sun shade itself seems well made and not at all thin.I will point out that this can be bulky, even when folded up. You can probably fit it in the chair's pocket, but it's going to make that pocket bulge out. The nylon strap was not looped through the buckle when I received it. The nylon also wasn't well-finished/sewn/melted on its cut end.

This blanket will be great for summer. It is very lightweight and doesn't take up much room to store in your vehicle. You just drape it over the car seat so when the sun hits it it doesn't make all the metal parts or black cushions hot. Not something I ever thought about before I heard of it but glad to have it on hand!

It definitely helps me a lot.I am in Texas and the summer is not joking.It is common that every day is over 100 degrees.My baby's cars eat is always burning hot.This sunshade cover helps me in a big time.I always feel like the heat is going to burn my baby's skin.With this cover on, it is whole lot better.
