The Care+Wear Ultimate Long Sleeve Shirt is incredibly comfortable! It’s a great shirt to wear by itself or as a layer. It’s lightweight and breathable, and doesn’t hold sweat.The shirt fits close to the body, and when I tried it underneath another shirt, it didn’t ride up. The sleeves stay in place too, whether that’s at the wrist or pushed up your arm. The wrist cuffs are snug but stretchy.The shirt has a split him, and the back of the shirt is about 1½ inches longer than the front.The fit is true to the size chart. I’ve washed it several times, and it looks brand new. I line dried it the first washing because I was worried it might shrink, and then I accidentally tossed it in the dryer. Now I put it in the dryer all the time, the shirt doesn’t shrink. It also doesn’t wrinkle if you don’t fold it right away.The shirt is tag free, another big plus for an undershirt. The care information is printed on the back of the neck.

I have come to love modal and the way it feels against my skin. My husband has also been gradually phasing out his undershirts and replacing them with modal. This brand I already knew was a good one since we have a family member who wears scrubs for work and she loves their jackets. This shirt is awesome to wear under scrubs or any work shirt. So if you're in a cold room and need a little extra warmth this will offer it without making you feel clammy and sweaty.Washed multiple times and comes out just like new, just a hint of wear under the arms from chafing but my husband is hard on his shirts because he works for a living.Love it!

I'm grateful that my days of wearing scrubs are long behind me but I was looking for a lightweight, moisture wicking underlayer. I normally wear a Large Tall in shirts. That size not being available I chanced the X-Large and found that it fits, if a bit baggily in the torso--being a six feet two inch ectomorphic male, that is something to which I've become accustomed in generic sized clothing. The material is a thin and stretchy variety of rayon, light and breathable with a very soft hand. The cut around the neck, for me at least, makes this strictly an undergarment. Overall, I think it well suits my purpose of a light underlayer for cool southern California evenings.

I was absolutely impressed by the soft comfortability of the fabric for this thermal shirt. It did run a little big, but fit great otherwise. Good quality fabric and stitching. That should last a long time. This has become one of my new favorite undershirts for work already. It’s warmer than some others as well, which is an added bonus during a cold Alaskan winter.
