My cats love this. They constantly want to be glued to me while I'm working and this is a great way for them to be in the way without being too in the way.

Okay, let's be real. I was losing my job. Not because of incompetence, mind you, but because my furry overlords had declared my keyboard their personal napping space. The sheer audacity! I was about to stage a cat-pulting intervention when I found this Desk Cat Nest.Installation was a breeze. No drilling required, which is a HUGE win because my DIY skills peak at assembling IKEA flatpacks... badly. Now, nestled comfortably next to my monitor, is a fluffy, self-contained cat kingdom.The result? Miraculous. My cats are no longer attempting to rewrite my spreadsheets (mostly). They've been promoted from keyboard terrorists to desk supervisors. I can actually work now. And when the existential dread of another Zoom meeting starts to set in, I can reach over and give a quick head scratch. Instant serotonin boost!The fact that it comes with interchangeable winter and summer cushions? Genius. My cats appreciate climate control more than I do. And the 40lb weight limit is… impressive. I may or may not have tested it (with books, not cats, I swear!).Honestly, this thing is a lifesaver. It's a cat-saver. It's a job-saver. If you're tired of fighting a never-ending battle for your desk space, buy this. Seriously. Your cats (and your boss) will thank you. First one arrived missing half of the pieces. I bought a second one, and all the pieces were there. It's a nice product if you have everything you need. It takes a little work to get the fabric on the bar though.

We have several cats and while not all of them like the cat hammock, at least one of them is quite pleased with it. I like that there are two different basket options (there’s a mesh one, which is probably great for warmer months/climates), though ours certainly prefer the plushy one. I don’t know if the 40Lb weight limit is legitimate or not, but none of ours are over 18 anyway, so we’re unlikely to test that threshold anyway.All in all, easy to install and seems to be well-made as well.
